Minim House FAQs
We are based in an outlying area on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. Please allow 5 to 10 working days to receive your order in South Africa.
Our hand embroidered and appliquèd pieces take some time to complete if stock has sold out. We will inform you of any delays.
For parcels sent within South Africa, shipping is free if the order is over R 500.00 and R 99.00 for those below R500.00.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within five days of receiving it.
Please be aware that irregularities will exist on hand embroidered and appliquèd items and is part of the uniqueness of our products.
All items must be returned unused and with its original packaging.
We will arrange with our shippers to collect from you. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the item is flawed or defective.
Your refund will be in the form of a voucher unless the item is flawed or defective.
Please email us immediately if you want to cancel an online order.
If the order has already shipped we will need to deduct the shipping charge from your refund.
- Please double check the size and colour of the item you are ordering.
- Feather cushion inners: We provide the option of ordering locally made feather inners for our cushion covers. This ensures that it's the right size, looks good and it's what we recommend! We will fit and package it complete.
